About Us

Dr Jonathan Le, MD

Dr. Le earned a Bachelor's of Science in Biology and a Bachelor's of the Arts in Anthropology from the esteemed College of William and Mary, the oldest institution of higher learning in the United States. He graduated with highest honors (Summa Cum Laude) and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor society.

After graduation, Dr. Le spent two years as a mission coordinator for operation smile, a world renown international plastic surgery humanitarian organization where his passion for plastic surgery began. He spent these years in Kenya, Vietnam, China, and the Philippines organizing medical staff as well as assisting in operations.

He was so inspired by the experience, he dedicated his whole life to the field. He was immediately accepted to George Washington University. He graduated with Distinction, an honor given only to the top 10% of the class. Dr. Le was one of only three physicians accepted into the prestigious UCSF Plastic Surgery Program, where he completed his general surgery and plastic surgery training. He has authored and co-authored publications appearing in peer-reviewed journals and surgical textbooks, and he has made presentations at regional and national meetings throughout the United States. Dr. Le remains on the clinical faculty at UCSF.
